Youth Programs

Teaching more than just how to climb.

All of our programs teach climbing skills, problem solving techniques, cooperation and so much more. We have classes, camps and clinics available for all ages, abilities and desires.

Climbing teams:

While climbing can be a solo or partner sport, teaming up is a time honored tradition. These are not after-school programs. They are for kids serious about climbing. These programs run year-round with a break in the summer.

Competitive seasons are:

Bouldering – September to February

Sport climbing – February to July

Rec: Just looking to enjoy the sport with friends while getting better? This is for you. Great attitude and willingness to be coached is all we’re looking for. 90 min/day 2 days a week. $110/mo (includes membership)

Beta: Tryouts required. You will refine what you know and get ready to be involved in the competition aspect. Focus on advanced technique, strength, and strategy without the rigorousness of the competitive team. $140/mo (includes membership)

Comp: Invitation from coaches only. Minimum external financial commitment: USAC membership, $180/year Local competition fees at $30/comp and a minimum of two comps per season, $120/year Regional championship (one per season): ~$270/year
Ready for a serious and focused training environment? Climbers on this team are required to attend USA Climbing competitions and compete at both the local and national level. This team focuses on competition climbing technique development and includes a variety of supplemental climbing workouts and competition strategies. Time, Travel, and financial commitments are required to be involved in the youth climbing circuit. $180/mo (includes membership
