Dear Henderson Community,

We regret to inform you that our Henderson location will be closing on December 31, 2024 due to a significant increase in rent. This increase is so substantial that we are confident it will be challenging for anyone to sustain the business. The landlord has sold the building, and the original lease (negotiated at Fair Market Value) has seen a significant rise post-COVID, mirroring the surge in housing prices everywhere.

We have loved growing this community with you, and because of that, we are using this unfortunate situation as a chance to think bigger. Our Henderson #padfam is something special, and we are actively seeking to upgrade to a better facility to serve the entire Las Vegas community.

Despite our efforts over the past few months to secure a new location, climbing gyms depend heavily on the right facility, and finding a suitable one has proven challenging. While we had hoped for a seamless transition, we’re still working on locking down a new space with taller walls and more amenities in the Vegas Valley. We have investors in the Las Vegas Valley ready to make it work, so the only thing holding us back is finding the perfect location.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We deeply regret having to make this decision, but financially, continuing in our current Henderson space while we look for a new one, is simply not viable.

It’s a sad time, but this is not the first time we’ve had to close a location, and we know that communities persist despite hardship. We assure you that we are actively working on an upgrade to replace this place we all love and enjoy (have a lead on a good space? We’re looking for about 20,000 sq ft. Let’s talk).
