We’ve been working so hard getting this gym ready to close that we’ve all been able to focus on little tasks here and there instead of thinking about the grief that comes with closing a place that has become our second home. 

There’s something special about walking into a space where everyone has at least one thing in common, they are here to try. It makes it easy to strike up a conversation with a stranger. If you love it and keep coming back, you start seeing the same people. One conversation that starts with climbing can turn into a conversation about anything, and the next thing you know you’re walking into a building full of friends. 

The Pad Henderson has grown into such an incredible community over the last nine years. Whether you were here for a day or have been here for all nine, we are so grateful to call you part of #thepadfam, and can’t wait until we have a new spot to pick right back up where we are leaving off.
