We are excited to offer yoga through donations to instructors!

Class fees are donation based and paid directly to the instructors. 

If you would like to stay and climb, we require an additional day pass purchase or a membership with us.

Schedule: (Starting March 1st)

Mondays 4:00 – 5:00 PM / Heated Vinyasa Flow

Tuesday 6:00 – 7:00 PM / Yin Yoga

Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 / Vinyasa Flow

Saturday 10:00 – 11:15 / AM Heated Vinyasa Flow

Jennifer King – Yoga Instructor

Bio:

Jennifer King 500 HR-ERYT

Jennifer has always had an interest in health and well-being. Once Jennifer started practicing yoga 15 years ago she realized there was not only a physical benefit, but a benefit that transitioned off the mat.

She started her teaching journey upon completing her 200 hour training in 2015. That sparked a desire to learn different styles of yoga, and Jennifer is also trained in Baptiste Yoga, and Yin Yoga in 2016. As her journey continued, Jennifer obtained her 300 hour training in 2018 giving her the 500 hour designation. Jennifer also has a love of CrossFit, Spin, and TRX. She is certified to teach TRX Yoga and TRX Level 1 which was obtained in 2020.

Jennifer hopes through her passion for yoga that her students will have an embodied experience to truly understand the benefits of movement and breath work.
